Bogstad Manor is a unique manor museum with a rich history. Experience our new, beautiful gallery exhibition, take children and grandchildren on family days with activities for young and old, join a guided tour, enjoy good pastries in our café and visit our rich museum shop. The main attraction of Bogstad Manor is the main building with authentic interiors from the family who lived here.

Bogstad is also a museum of art: Here you can meet outstanding European and Norwegian art in the form of paintings and decorations from the period Bogstad was established as an estate.

Bogstad Manor has a large English landscape park with trails and ponds. The 130-acre park is Norway's oldest landscape park.

The Café and The Museum Shop

Our cozy café is located in the old brewhouse at Bogstad. The bakery oven and brewing kettle form the centerpiece of the café, and on cold days, we light the fireplace.

The shop offer a variety of gifts, souveniers, crafts and books. Some of the porcelain and glasses are specially made for the museum shop at Bogstad.
